Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) was in May, but you can celebrate any time by taking a few high impact steps to make your content more accessible for everyone. Small changes make a big difference, so try starting with these:

• Apply clear, logical headings to organize content.

• Write descriptive link text instead of URLs or vague phrases (avoid “Click here”).

• Check color contrast for text and visuals (avoid CU gold on white and vice versa).

• Add meaningful alt text to images so everyone can access visual content.

Take a moment to build accessibility into your everyday practices and help create a more inclusive digital world. Visit the Digital Accessibility webpage for more resources.
